An eventful first quarter of 2025 lies behind us. The economic and political situation – particularly with regard to developments in the transatlantic region – poses major challenges for many people and companies. The slump on the stock markets has further increased uncertainty.
But in the midst of all this turbulence, a familiar picture is also emerging: Real estate is once again gaining in importance as a stable investment that retains its value. Demand is picking up slightly and it is once again becoming clear why “concrete gold” is so valued in uncertain times.
Especially now, at Easter, it is important to pause, draw strength and look ahead. Easter stands for new beginnings, hope and new life like no other festival – values that we particularly need these days.
