You are responsible for
Property management, organization and coordination of all technical building management work for our commercial properties
Management of contractually agreed service provision in the customer property incl.
Quality assurance and creation and maintenance of property-related documentation
Planning, commissioning and monitoring of modernization measures / repairs to technical systems and general maintenance
Further development of standardized procedures for repair and maintenance, cleaning, appearance / tidiness, maintenance, refurbishment and prevention of damage and defects
Cost planning of maintenance / repair budgets as well as technical quotation requests and comparisons

What you bring with you:
Successfully completed training or further training in the technical field or FM
Several years of professional experience in the FM sector and initial management experience
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Class B driver’s license
