An eventful first quarter of 2025 lies behind us. The economic and political situation – particularly with regard to developments in the transatlantic region – poses major challenges for many people and companies. The slump on the stock markets has further increased uncertainty. <\/p>\n\n
But in the midst of all this turbulence, a familiar picture is also emerging: Real estate is once again gaining in importance as a stable investment that retains its value. Demand is picking up slightly and it is once again becoming clear why “concrete gold” is so valued in uncertain times. <\/p>\n\n
Especially now, at Easter, it is important to pause, draw strength and look ahead. Easter stands for new beginnings, hope and new life like no other festival – values that we particularly need these days. <\/p>\n\n
